Role Summary
Centrilogic is looking for a Senior Application Project Manager to lead and facilitate ERP and other application development and deployment Projects.
You will be an experienced leader with demonstrable experience in project management of software development and migrations, upgrades and transformations. You have a proven track record of success in driving complex issues to resolution autonomously and/or collaboratively. Superior communication, organizational and co-ordination skills are essential, with experience managing across highly cross-functional teams.
You have managed projects larger than CAD$1M in budget, with global customers, vendors, service providers, and technical resources. Your experience includes delivering on major changes for organizations, with important impacts to their revenue, cost reduction goals, or strategic direction.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory
8 years or more IT/Software project management experience
Success in leading teams that design, develop, deploy, support, and govern business applications, with a proven track record in BI, CRM, ERP
Over 5 years' ERP/CRM project experience
Over 3 years' experience on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application projects from kickoff to go live
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Experience and certification in Agile Projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Important
PMP certification or equivalent
Tertiary Education in Engineering or IT
Advanced Microsoft Office suite user
Advanced Microsoft Project user
Experience with Microsoft Project Online (PWA)
Experience with NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and other major ERP applications
Strong knowledge of business processes and data flows across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain operations.
Can apply diplomacy with persistence
Ability to bring structure to loosely defined processes and to develop requirements and process when presented with ambiguity.

Able to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
MBA or equivalent
Experience on Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud (OCI) projects
Experience and certification in Agile Projects
Previous work with Power BI, including customizations

Reporting to the PMO Director, you will be responsible for successful management of one or more customer-facing projects supporting the Centrilogic Application Practice. From time to time, as required, you will also lead internal, transformational projects as guided by business strategy.
Your role will include supporting multiple stakeholders on various projects while also assisting the stakeholders with project management process improvements.
This position will be required to support customer locations remotely with work hours in the Atlantic, Eastern, Central and Pacific Standard Time zones. On occasion, you will also support customers in European and Asian time zones as required by your assigned project(s).
Primary Responsibilities
Delivering complex, global, business-critical enterprise application projects.
Accountable for the oversight and management of various technical resources on customers' application implementations and upgrades.
Successful execution of JD Edwards, NetSuite, OCI and ERP or third-party application projects.
Customer exposure can range from limited to staff augmentation.
Ensure project or assigned work-packages are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Follow the Centrilogic or Customer project management methodology.
Prepare and submit weekly project status reports to key stakeholders in accordance with PMO guidelines.
Prepare and contribute to internal and external presentations concerning project scope, timeline, activities, issues, budget, and progress as required.
Manage project sponsor communications & expectations with a "no-surprises" approach to stakeholder management.
Develop Work Breakdown Structures and associated schedules of work for development packages or Agile/sprint stories as required.
Diligently protect the project's constraints to ensure that customer deliverables are met and, if appropriate, follow change management procedures to adopt constraint changes.
Facilitate weekly client and team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments, and urgency as required.
Timely update of project work packages, effort and durations to align with status of the project.
Manage the work efforts and budgets provided for third party vendors.
From time to time, you will be required to work on weekends or holidays, primarily to facilitate customer deployments.
Closely monitor timelines and financial budgets to ensure adherence with approved project plans. Measure and report on project financials and budget vs. actuals on a monthly basis.
Apply Quality Management throughout the project lifecycle and complete post implementation reviews at key points to validate learnings and implement any required, new processes.
Proactively escalate Issues and Risks to key stakeholders, ensuring to provide options and recommendations to the stakeholders where possible.
Provide feedback of team members' performance on a project for the purposes of the employee's performance review for larger engagements (if required).
Perform and document post project reviews with assistance from senior project management or project sponsors.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
