Hybrid: 2 days in-office & 3 days Remote per week
Location: Greenville, SC 29601
Hours: ~ 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Type: Direct Hire with full benefits!
Pay: ~ +/- $85k-$110k
About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Senior Project Manager Architect to lead projects through all development phases. This position will report directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams through all phases of projects.
• Conduct internal plan reviews and secure design approvals.
• Research codes, select materials, write specifications.
• Oversee construction contract administration, including site observations.
• Lead client meetings to establish project scope, budget, and design phases.
• Analyze contractor estimates and adjust project scope as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• NCARB certification and licensing/registration.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in project management.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Experience with Lumion or equivalent rendering software.
• Experience in Healthcare, Public/Commercial, and religious sectors.
