The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

What you'll be doing:
- Support the deployment of advanced Design-For-Test (DFT) and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) solutions
- Work with multiple teams of users to anticipate their needs and drive ATPG flow solutions to be deployed by these teams
- Work with multi-functional teams to assess and tackle problems that involve multiple areas of design expertise throughout the company
- Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods to solve challenging problems
What we need to see:
- Excellent communication skills
- MS or higher degree in EE
- 10+ years of experience in Design-For-Test
- Strong understanding of ATPG tools
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Knowledge of DFT including fault models, ATPG, fault simulation, and diagnosis
- Experience with Silicon testing and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
- Expertise in using programming languages for automation
- Interest to grow technically and explore new fields such as in Deep Learning and A.I.
