About the Senior Asset Manager:
Join Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) as a Senior Asset Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our diverse property portfolio. What You'll Do:
- Develop and administer asset management goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Oversee portfolio performance, including financial, operational, and compliance aspects.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial and operating statements for properties.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic improvements.
- Manage partnerships, financing, and regulatory relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee capital improvements and manage tenant eligibility and income documentation.
- Collaborate on new development projects and acquisitions.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $123,400.00 - $154,250.00.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ yrs experience in residential real estate analysis/asset management, with focus on low-income and affordable housing.
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance principles and practices.
- 2+ yrs proven supervisory experience.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
