About the Senior Asset Manager:

Join Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) as a Senior Asset Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our diverse property portfolio. We're dedicated to providing high-quality, stable, and sustainable housing and supportive services to those in need, helping our communities thrive.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and administer asset management goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, including financial, operational, and compliance aspects.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial and operating statements for properties.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic improvements.
  • Manage partnerships, financing, and regulatory relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee capital improvements and manage tenant eligibility and income documentation.
  • Collaborate on new development projects and acquisitions.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $123,400.00 - $154,250.00.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ yrs experience in residential real estate analysis/asset management, with focus on low-income and affordable housing.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate finance principles and practices.
  • 2+ yrs proven supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
