Senior Assistant Vice President - Account Management - Healthcare Payer Solutions

The Senior Assistant Vice President is a key position focused on driving revenue growth through strategic account management and delivering customized solutions for Healthcare Payer clients.

This position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple priorities and driving innovation in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner closely with client executives and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging the full suite of EXL capabilities in data analytics, digital solutions, and automation.
    • Develop and execute growth strategies for key healthcare Payer accounts, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding within existing strategic accounts and subsidiaries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and deliver compelling value propositions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through proactive account management and effective communication.
    • Manage client requests, contract updates, and financial metrics to drive operational excellence and profitability.
    • Foster collaboration across EXL Health teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within client accounts, leveraging a consultative selling approach to understand client pain points and propose innovative solutions.
    • Promote EXL's comprehensive suite of services including digital transformation, analytics, and technology solutions tailored to the Payer sector.
    • Possess deep understanding of the US healthcare Payer landscape, including regulatory nuances and operational complexities.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Payor account management, demonstrating a strong record of driving revenue growth and client retention.
  • Expertise in managed care, healthcare insurance industry, digital technologies, and enterprise solutions relevant to national Payers.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales in the managed care domain.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
