Desired Skills and Experience
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 plus an annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Prospect's product offerings, systems, and processes to support and service investor relationships in the US institutional investor channel.
- Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies to support fundraising efforts, including identifying and targeting potential investors, coordinating investor meetings, and managing follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with Prospect's internal teams to craft compelling investment theses and marketing materials, and to ensure all communications have the appropriate disclosures are reviewed and approved.
- Work with compliance/fund counsel to ensure all communications have the appropriate disclosures and are reviewed and approved.
- Prepare and maintain investor presentations, pitch decks, due diligence materials, and other documentation required for fundraising activities.
- Assist in the drafting and developing of investor communications, including quarterly and annual reports, capital calls and distribution notices.
- Oversee the CRM database of clients, contacts, and activity for institutional fundraising team to ensure proper and accurate documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements related to investor communications and fundraising activities.
- Manage timeline and work with internal teams to draft incoming RFPs/DDQs for prospective investors.
- Manage research piece development process across real estate and credit strategies by coordinating with internal investment teams for monthly distribution.
- Utilize investor prospecting databases to perform investor, competitor, and market due diligence.
- Maintain consultant and investment platform databases.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects where needed.
- May require travel on an as needed basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in investor relations within the financial industry, preferably supporting institutional fundraising efforts.
- Strong understanding of investment vehicles, including private equity, private credit, real estate, or other alternative investments.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with institutional investors such as pension funds, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex investment strategies and performance metrics to diverse audiences.
- Experience with investor prospecting databases including eVestment, Preqin, Dakota, or Pitchbook preferred.
