We're a fun, dynamic, growing Estate Planning firm located in beautiful San Clemente and Laguna Hills.

We are looking for a Senior Attorney who is an Estate Planning enthusiast who enjoys the production side of our business AND working directly with clients to provide superior service.
If you are an experienced Estate Planning attorney who enjoys - and is energized by - the challenging practice area of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, then we would love to talk with you.
This is a full-time, in-person role alternating between our Laguna Hills and San Clemente offices.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Estate Planning Senior Attorney are consistent with those of an experienced legal professional in this practice area, including:
Consult with prospective clients and lead them through our proprietary Estate Planning Process
Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior Estate Planning and Asset Protection work products
Design, and create customized Trust provisions
Cultivate and manage professional referral relationships
Qualifications
Juris Doctor of Law (JD) and active California Bar license
10+ years or more of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced, service-oriented firm
Experience using WealthCounsel software preferred
