Requirements: 5+ years of AutoCAD experience, land development, roadway design and civil engineering.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior AutoCAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering design, specializing in land development, roadway design, and stormwater management. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality design outputs and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure design specifications meet project requirements.
• Prepare and review design calculations, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Conduct site visits to gather data for design and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in design and software use.
• Participate in design meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design, with a focus on land development and roadway design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is essential.
• Strong understanding of stormwater management principles and practices.
