What You'll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our backend infrastructure to support a scalable, high-performance platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and building scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Leveraging AI-powered coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, and system reliability.
- Architecting and optimizing systems for high scalability and performance as the company expands.
- Implementing third-party integrations and developing internal tools to support key business functions.
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Frontend teams to ship high-impact features.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer working with Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Experience scaling eCommerce or online marketplace platforms.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Terraform.
- Passion for AI-driven development tools to enhance workflows.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $160K-$220K + equity.
