Job Summary:
The role of the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for development, audit and administration of retirement programs for all U.S.-based active locations and legacy groups. This position works closely with external vendors, internal payroll, HRIS, and business unit contacts. The Analyst has accountability to administer programs in compliance with provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Federal, State, and Local laws.

This position works closely with external vendors, internal payroll, HRIS, and business unit contacts. The Analyst has accountability to administer programs in compliance with provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Federal, State, and Local laws.
Essential functions of the job:
- Manage theday-to-day administration and provide guidance to all U.S. locations and the recordkeeper for the USqualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
- Interpretation of plan and policies for administrative decisions, directing the company's vendors, and providing customer supportand problem resolution to Human Resources contacts.
- Interact with payroll andrecordkeeper on all matters related to plan administration; request appropriate calculations from recordkeeper and maintain appropriate payroll protocols for plan testing.
- Prepare Form 5500, and audited financial reports required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies.
- Conduct compliance testing such as Non-Discrimination Testing.
- Monitor employee participation and assist Yanfeng locations with participationsolicitation, new enrolments, and coordination of Retirement Plan educational workshops.
- Analyze equity of current benefits compared to those of other employers, surveys, trendsand legislated requirements; proactively identify benefit issues, and report problems and trends.
- Work closely with the HRIS and Payroll teams to coordinate and update new statutory limits within the systems.
- Facilitate further development of the Benefits website by identifying opportunities to leverage technology to increase automation and streamlineprocesses.
- Assist in Welfare Plan Administration.
Required education:
- Bachelor's degree, HR field or related
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in Retirement Plan Administration & Knowledge of Health & Welfare Administration
- Proficient knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Must possessa strong comfort level working with HR-related technology and systems. Payroll &HRIS
- Strong Ms. Office Skills - Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Must have experience building relationships with vendors, advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, support, and service.
- Requires demonstrated excellence in interpreting and explaining benefits plans and policy features to a broad audience with variable familiarity with benefits.
- Experience with vendor management preferred.
