Join our dynamic team at Marsh McLennan as an Administrative Support and Coordination professional in our Health & Benefits department. This individual contributor role requires strong self-management and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.

We will count on you to:
  • Assist in the administration of health & welfare plans, including wellness programs and annual campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external vendor meetings, manage departmental calendars, and handle correspondence.
  • Organize and manage logistics for Benefit Fairs, wellness events, and EAP virtual seminars, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.

What you need to have:
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage critical deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in health & welfare benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
