Senior BIM/VDC Engineer - Hybrid

We are looking for a talented Senior BIM/VDC Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will lead the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes into our projects, fostering collaboration across various disciplines and improving project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM/VDC processes for projects from conception to completion.
• Create and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues before construction begins.
• Develop and manage construction documentation and project deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools to track project progress and coordinate tasks.
• Implement MEP coordination strategies to optimize project outcomes.
• Stay updated on new BIM technologies and software development kits (SDKs) relevant to the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC within the construction industry.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of virtual design and construction principles.
• Experience with clash detection and construction documentation processes.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and MEP coordination techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This position is hybrid; candidates must be available near one of our locations and willing to travel into the office 1-2 times a week. Our locations include:
