Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week.

Based out of Los Angeles, the Brand & Design team functions as a boutique studio within the larger Saatchi & Saatchi agency structure. This unique dynamic keeps us well resourced, nimble, and at the peak of our creative potentialallowing us to tackle projects both big and small with agility and excellence.

We dont just execute design; we build brands that matterhelping them evolve, stay relevant, and create meaningful connections with audiences.

Overview

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the creation and execution of design projects, ensuring that our work not only meets client expectations but also sets new standards for excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Design and refine brand identities and visual systems across various platforms.
• Project Leadership: Oversee design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work with strategists, writers, and other designers to develop cohesive brand experiences.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of design trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branding and visual design.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.

Compensation Range: $79,990.00 - $120,450.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
