About the position:
The Senior Business Account Executive is the face of Omni Fiber within the communities New Castle, Niles, Hermitage, Sharpsville, Zelienople, Ellwood City and Youngstown. This Senior Account Executive role is accountable for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s) and or sales territories.
The Senior Business Account Executive will work to increase the overall subscriber base by primarily conducting face-to-face and in-office sales presentations (such as commercial door-to-door selling, local community events, and other activities as assigned).
This position will also require the Senior Account Executive to use the OMNI Fiber HubSpot CRM and GeoRep software packages to track sales activity and sales performance to Quota, 60 sales pipeline, customer communication, strategic product sales performance and important other KPI's.
This position will involve the use of a personal vehicle. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Compensation
- Base Salary of $65,000 and the opportunity for Uncapped Commissions. Overall target compensation of $95,000-$115,000+ per year. Compensation plan is designed to incent and reward Account Executives for going over Quota.

What you will do:
- Meet or surpass the monthly sales target by engaging with business-to-business clientele promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
- Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
- Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate leads and sales.
- Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
Qualifications
- Must have demonstrated a minimum of 3 years of successful door-door and in person sales experience, in the telecommunications or related field.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
- Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
