Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst - SAP FI/CO to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for ongoing support as well as implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet the unique needs of our Regional or Corporate teams. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that enhance financial processes and drive business efficiency. The predominant responsibilities of this role revolve around providing day-to-day support, requirement analysis, configuration and customization, documentation and providing training and support to end users and stakeholders. This role is hybrid with 4 days on site, 1 day remote weekly.

SAP FI/CO Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide expertise in the design and implementation of financial processes to meet business requirements.
Requirements Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to SAP FI/CO processes.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP configuration and development.
Configuration and Customization
- Configure SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Implement custom solutions to address specific business challenges within the FI/CO landscape.
Optimization and Enhancements
- Continuously assess and optimize existing SAP setup to improve efficiency and performance.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to address evolving business needs.
Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Develop user guides and training materials to support end-users.
Training and Support
- Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP FI/CO functionality and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to address user issues and ensure the effective use of SAP systems.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful testing and quality assurance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: IT or related discipline preferred
- 8+years proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP FICO, preferably in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules related to product costing; G/L, A/P, A/R, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with an environment that is hands-on and lean with multiple concurrent projects and fluid priorities.
Preferred Skills
- SAP certification in FI/CO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution is highly desirable.
- S/4 HANA experience is desirable.
- Project management experience is desirable.
