Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to product implementation.
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing and test case preparation.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Product Counsel, Actuarial, and Filings to enable implementation of new products and product enhancements.
- Monitor and manage product launch progress, addressing any issues and communicating status with stakeholders.
- Support governance by ensuring product implementations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and synthesize information provided by stakeholders to enable the IT team to implement a solution that meets expectations.
- Mentor team members to drive awareness of new approaches and improve execution of known techniques.
- Structure and drive working and informational sessions that promote collaboration, achieve synergy, and desired outcomes.
- Identify and challenge teams for continuous improvement ideas and support the agile team during sprinting, testing, and production implementation.

Requirements:
- 10 plus years of commercial insurance experience, including prior experience in product implementation as a business analyst or related role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in Financial Lines products preferred.
- Experience navigating regulatory service organizations or state filings.
- Excellent understanding of underwriting processes and a strong general knowledge of P&C insurance.
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
- Proven organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present confidently in a group setting.
- Experienced facilitator with strong presentation skills.
- Proven analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization (e.g. entry level end-user through to Senior Management) and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking skills. Ability to provide options and assess solutions, looking at the business holistically.
