Description:
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
* Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management. control of workflow
* Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer
* Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
* Maintain our Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
* Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
* Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs) Basic Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
* 7+ years' experience in a business analyst or related role.
* Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
* Knowledge of financial management principles.
* Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients. Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
* General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.
* Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients.
* Prior experience using Jira or ServiceNow. Clearance Requirements: * Must have an active Interim Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
* Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
* The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
