As a Business Analyst, you will be required to interface with customers, develop project documentation, support junior team members, and support the day-to-day operations of a project. Primary Duties
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00

As a Business Analyst, you will be required to interface with customers, develop project documentation, support junior team members, and support the day-to-day operations of a project. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
Primary Duties
- Support Customer Support (CS) Project Manager with project support, internal team training, reporting, improvements and innovation
- Lead for Knowledge Management within ServiceNow
- Lead CS activities in support of software development projects; knowledge development, training coordination, hypercare and project meetings
- Perform stakeholder engagement and outreach activities along with facilitating and supporting customer facing meetings during the development cycle
- Provide subject matter expertise and guide others in one or more of the following areas: knowledge management, business process development, functional requirements development
- Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation, process flows and workflows
- Support customer training initiatives; assist Training Lead with training materials, and other supplemental training items
- Perform administrative tasks, such as, scheduling, maintaining projects, and SOP development
- Facilitate and coordinate with other teams to support content development for release and success story communications
- Provide tier support for released applications; document, track and resolve requests within ServiceNow
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, develop and deepen long-lasting client relationships
- Support various testing efforts, unit, smoke and regression testing
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
