JOB SUMMARY
This role will function as a liaison between business users, functional subject matter experts, systems analysts, and technical developers. Typical responsibilities include working with the business to analyze processes (assessing current state and future state process flows), documenting process diagrams, requirements elicitation and documentation, performing system fit/gap analysis, providing input for design specifications, developing and overseeing request for proposals where technology is involved, and participation in systems testing.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, authoring, and coordinating RFP responses ensuring accurate completion of SOW documentation.
- Expertise in managing process analysis and improvement initiatives that affect multiple teams and departments.
- Ability to identify, recommend, and implement solutions that enhance enterprise-wide systems.
- Skilled in performing technical evaluations and analyses of complex, integrated technology systems, and recommending appropriate fixes.
- Proficient in creating system and process diagrams for both current and future state documentation.
- Experience in developing documentation for training purposes and creating course materials for end users.
- Ability to design process handoff and system integration diagrams for related systems.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering results alongside peers, customers, and vendors.
- Capable of helping both technical and non-technical team members understand the impact of process handoffs on requirements, systems, and integrations.

- ITIL/ITSM
- Agile/Scrum (ScrumMaster and or Product Owner experience preferred)
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Lean Six Sigma / Lean process development
- Request for Proposal (RFP) process participation / coordination
- Statement of Work (SOW) development, review and execution
- Vendor Management
- Change Management
- Business case development and delivery
- Business Intelligence (i.e., PowerBI, etc.)
- Microsoft Office including Visio, Azure DevOps
- Act as principal liaison for business stakeholders and as a key point-of-contact to technology services, internal/external agencies, and vendors on their behalf
- Facilitate team understanding and elicit requirements for systems, integrations, and future state functionality
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems/opportunities, assist in developing these into project/initiatives, and work within Technology Services to move these into the project pipeline.
- Lead and organize UAT coordination with the end user team
- Understand business processes and system capabilities for complex, integrated systems
- Work with vendors to understand system intricacies and process needs to advocate for the best possible solution
- Utilize Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for all project tracking purposes
- Create functional process fit/gap analysis documentation which identifies and recommends resolution of any process, system, and integration related gaps
- Make suggestions for any as-is or to-be processes which are lacking and/or present a risk and help mitigate them, before they become an issue
- Follow TS best practices: documentation, project, and change management processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Technology Services teams, internal/external agencies, vendors, et. al to support the city of Denver's mission, vision, and goals.
