Description
ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Business Analyst works as a liaison between IT and business units; acts as a consultant; works with project teams; runs reports to ensure accurate solutions
- Coordinating service, operations, and unit reports on an as needed basis
- Enhancing the automation of generating operational reports
- Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy of the data
- Apply Business specific verbiage especially for Customer interface
- Request systemic changes to further advance the reporting capabilities of the company
- Work effectively with customers to develop and deliver required reports
- Work effectively with consultants and internal resources to accomplish required tasks
- Manage projects efficiently and effectively
- Produce ad-hoc reports when requested
- Communicate issues timely and professionally
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Economics,
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business analytical reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Power BI
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient with Netsuite ERP
- Knowledge in Microsoft Fabric
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- BI Certifications as BI Reporting (MCSA), SQL 2016 BI Development, Data Management and Analytics (MCSE) or Certified Business Intelligence Professional
- Knowledge of JDE ERP
- Trained in Six Sigma
