Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on global short video industry trends to support short video business with external perspectives and strategic insights.
Identify and assess overall content strategy through qualitative observation, quantitative analysis, and monitoring of key indicators.
Develop comprehensive product strategies by considering the overall ecosystem, user perspectives, and business objectives, collaborating with multiple teams for project implementation.
Dive into critical business issues, coordinate complex projects, and provide strategic recommendations to drive implementation, working closely with relevant business teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Project management, including defining project scope, developing detailed workplans, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and managing key stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes;
Using Structured thinking and First-principles thinking to disaggregate complex business challenges, questions, or problems into clearly defined business strategy questions;
Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analyses, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions;
Gathering and analyzing large digital data sets containing both structured and unstructured data to derive customer insights using Excel, R or similar statistical programming tools;
Building dashboards, including tables and graphs, to monitor business performance metrics and conducting root-cause-analysis of metric movements; and
Delivering business presentations with business applications, including Pivot Tables in Excel and PowerPoint, to influence product strategies.
Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 25%.

Salary Range: $211536 - $273600 per year
