Sr. Business Development Manager
Montreal Metro Area (On-Site)
$120K - $130K Salary Plus $25K - $30K Bonus

Rapidly growing CRO (Contract Research Organization) drug testing research organization is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (5+ years' experience / 10+ years' preferred) to advance their already very successful R&D services. Reports to a VP. This position focuses on selling services, not products.
Required:
BS / B.Sc. or higher in Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry / Life Sciences, related. Any sales or formal management training is an asset.
5+ years' experience in business development position within healthcare / biotechnology, medical device, or pharmaceutical. CRO strongly preferred.
Knowledge of pharmacology, toxicology, ADME, PK/PD, testing of vaccines, biologics, small molecules, in vivo and invitro testing nice to have.
Proven track record of increasing sales and growing customer base.
Pertinent contact list attractive.
Willingness to live in the Greater Montreal area.
Up to 50% overnight travel required. You would require an appropriate passport, allowing you to travel outside Canada.
Strong, clear English communication skills, any ability to communicate in French a strong asset.
