We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our finance team, specializing in revenue and indirect costs. This role will focus on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to support business leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to evaluate financial performance, assist in decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives, ultimately contributing to profitability and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Senior Business Finance Manager of Indirect Costs.

This role will focus on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to support business leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to evaluate financial performance, assist in decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives, ultimately contributing to profitability and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Senior Business Finance Manager of Indirect Costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis, focusing on indirect costs, margins, and key financial metrics.
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends.
- Ensuring accurate, timely financial data aligned with business goals.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts.
- Assisting in the preparation of flash Adjusted EBITDAR, focusing on indirect costs.
- Monitoring budget performance and provide insights to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Analyzing costs across business units and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborating with departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and track outcomes.
- Partnering with senior management and functional teams to assess performance and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or equivalent is a plus.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Be able to present financial data and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate experience with Oracle as it is advantageous.
