We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.
The Senior Business Finance Manager is a leader for the Miracle-Ear Franchise organization, working alongside the business unit as a crucial member of the leadership team ensuring the business meets its financial and strategic objectives. This role reports directly to the US VP of Finance with a dotted line relationship to the General Manager of Miracle-Ear Franchise. This position has full P&L responsibility for the business unit, managing FP&A and partnering with accounting on financial reporting and financial statement management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and leadership to the business unit, identifying opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit.
- Manage complex analysis and modeling for the business, primarily in support of key corporate strategic priorities.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting of the business unit, partnering closely with accounting on completing month-end close.
- Analyze and create effective presentations for senior leaders to aid them in making informed financial decisions.
- Prepare business cases to support the business unit's strategic goals.
Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required.
- 7+ years related work experience.
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation required.
- Experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects required.
- Experience and basic understanding of accounting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share detailed information to various levels in the organization.
- Self-sufficient and proactive aptitude to solving business challenges.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel (pivot tables/macros), Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with BI system required, PowerBI preferred
- Experience with ERP system required, Oracle Fusion preferred
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be$135,000-$150,000 with MBO potential.
