The Opportunity:
Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with 7+ years of experience for our rapidly growing company. Our cutting-edge AI platform and tools will transform healthcare management, leading with RCM solutions for streamlined documentation, faster claims processing, enhanced clinical decision support, and much more. This individual will serve as the face of our company to the client, working directly with ETL stakeholders to design and present high-value deliverables that address critical business needs, combining technical expertise with business acumen and exceptional communication skills to drive data-informed decision making at all levels of the client organization. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, building trusted advisor relationships with ETL stakeholders across the organization
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver solutions that drive strategic decision-making
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and training sessions with a consultative approach to various stakeholder groups
  • Design and maintain the BI ecosystem including databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and tool administration
  • Develop and deliver high-impact reporting and analytics specifically for Finance stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and present conclusions and recommendations at all levels of the client organization
  • Guide diverse stakeholders in best practices for data governance, quality, and visualization
  • Simplify and automate reporting, audits and other data-driven activities with maximum scale and self-service ability
  • Own the end-to-end development of data products, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Lead and mentor BI analysts while providing technical guidance and professional development
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations for quality, timeliness, and business impact
  • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and methodologies, recommending innovations when appropriate
Qualifications:
  • You must currently be located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, with proven success in client-facing roles
  • Expert-level proficiency with database languages, specifically SQL
  • Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau experience a plus)
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL frameworks
  • Advanced data modeling and optimization techniques
  • Experience in designing and implementing efficient data pipelines
  • Proven ability to build complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design
  • Healthcare data experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and translating diverse stakeholder needs into technical solutions
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to all levels of audiences
  • Strong financial literacy and ability to create impactful reporting
  • Exceptional client management skills with demonstrated ability to build credibility at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Adaptable communication style when engaging with different stakeholder groups
  • Strong business acumen to understand how data initiatives impact various aspects of the client's organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit complemented by a "can-do" attitude

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Target Annual Performance Bonus
