The Senior Business Procedures Consultant II is a critical role and will have significant interactions with business partners such as external compensation, auditing and compliance, sales, underwriting and compensation agile team, and technology teams supporting the Sales and Compensation (SCA) organization to include both the Holdings and Group components . A key function of this role is the design and maintenance of key data analytic tools while also leading critical projects and initiatives impacting the Sales Compensation Administration Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Designs, implements and maintains key data analytic tools to track and trend business outcomes.
Prepares, validates and tests loader files for the Group SCA organization.
Leads annual SOX audit data aggregation.
Interprets and translates metrics into compelling and insightful data presentations and visualizations, that effectively communicate key trends.
Conducts complex research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management.
Working autonomously, oversees the implementation of very large/critical corporate initiatives, typically spanning the entire organization or include various and distinct LOB's.
Oversees complex corporate initiatives that include various phases and large cross functional project teams.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Runs project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Provides updates to senior leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and/or initiatives.
Leads continuous improvement and simplification by collaborating with key internal partners, GOSC and other SCA teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Influences and motivates team members that are not direct reports, who span multiple functions and levels across the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
8+ years' experience in related accounting, budgeting, metrics and reporting, expense management methods, practices, and systems.
4+ years of leading multi-functional projects.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications.
Proficient with data query tools, with expert knowledge of COGNOS, Alteryx and Power BI.
Experience with data-intensive reporting and automation functions.
Ability to think critically and strategically, using data to drive decision making.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven process improvement skills.
Takes ownership, influence at all levels, access all stakeholders equally.
Experience with AGILE/SAFe methodology.
