Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, has a full-time, hybrid opportunity available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering for our partner projects and developing solutions that will meet both business and technical needs. This individual will research operational and technical alternatives, analyze them, make formal recommendations and presentations and will lead the discussion on arriving at a final solution. The Senior Business Analyst will be the liaison between our partners and the supporting university organizations for the assigned projects and will manage a variety of tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables and a high level of partner support. The focus will be on supporting our partners' abilities to leverage Franklin education products, particularly our new educational products and Allied Health offerings.

We seek a polished communicator and presenter who has highly developed business acumen including a strong understanding of business processes and operations for this role. A bachelor's degree in business or information technology coupled with strong collaboration skills and the ability to convey information to stakeholders at all levels is required. Prior project management experience is needed, and the individual should be comfortable operating as part of team as well as independently, taking initiative and making decisions. The position requires someone with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. SQL/Report Builder, Visio skills and previous higher education experience would all be pluses in this position.
