Description/Comment:The Senior BSA is a customer-focused role with direct product involvement responsible for managing and communicating requirements to the solution team throughout the project. This is done by understanding and representing the customer to the team through daily stand-ups, a requirements document or backlog, use cases or user stories, and low-fidelity prototyping. A strong and technical understanding of current and future business needs is required to exceed the customer's needs.
Additional Job Details:*Intake call notes* candidate will work central time hours but they will accept candidates from any time zone as long as they can adjust to the central time work hours. The ideal candidate will be able to adjust quickly to learning new systems and work independently on developing stories. Interview process will be two steps - 1st is a phone interview with HM then will process to a virtual interview with other members of the team.

Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree in a Business, Information Systems, Computer Science discipline or equivalent technical work experience required
Related graduate degree preferred;
Seasoned IT or Business professional with a minimum of 5 years business analysis experience;
Experience with requirement elicitation, requirements documentation, and requirements management;
Experience with agile methodology and practices;
Business Analyst Certification preferred;
Direct customer interface experience (working with client directly on project tasks; managing client expectations);
Experience using Microsoft Office tools in a work setting (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio);
Experience in computer-based testing, certification, and licensing industry preferred;
Experience with software development of client-server, web-based, data warehousing, reporting, or similar systems;
