KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Documents client requirements and maintains shareholder recordkeeping system to meet client needs.
- Serves as lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- May contribute to building process documentation.
- May assist with conversion testing.
- May assist with system upgrade analysis and testing and configuring fund databases for production implementation.
- Runs periodic batch and reporting jobs.
- Reviews and approves client output.
- May assist with vendor and client billing functions.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
- Mediates between technical and operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding and effective change control.
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers to answer questions about services and related systems functions.
- Contact as needed with clients regarding resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
- Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry.
KNOWLEDGE
- Shareholder recordkeeping system, reporting, and output processes.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adobe Acrobat.
