Job Summary:
The Senior Business Systems Engineer will work on several projects related to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of new quality tools and systems. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the new QMS IQS project, analysis and improvements for management reporting systems, and standardization of quality systems globally.

Essential functions of the job:
  • Structure Global KPI data for analysis, identify potential areas for optimization and coordinate with teams for implementation of these changes.
  • Analyze existing gaps for quality tools and support strategy development to close those
  • Create standard operating procedures for the specific QMS project assigned.
  • Coordinate assigned project initiatives for process standardization with regional teams
  • Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems for assigned modules
  • Manage timing of QMS project modules assigned for main events including selection of SME team,
  • workshops, training sessions, etc
  • Define guidelines and complete approvals for training material for assigned QMS modules
  • Act as a trainer/SME for QMS assigned modules.
  • Participate in activities related to software testing assigned by supervisor
  • Manage workshops and follow-up meetings with SME's / resources in preparation for implementation of
  • assigned modules.
  • Manage and coordinate BOS document review meetings with process owners in order to update documents
  • affected by new software implementation

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in quality engineering.
  • Five (5) plus years working directly in plant quality area or related functions.

Required qualifications:
  • 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience.
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
  • Must be organized and able to communicate well with others.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty, satisfactorily.
