Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior CCM Consultant. You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• This position is based in Frisco, TX or Alpharetta, GA or Omaha, NE or Berkeley Heights, NJ or Coral Springs, FL. The role may require travel and/or relocation.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end CCM implementations primarily Quadient inspire, OT Exstream and Smart Communication products.
• Possess strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Possess good Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall 6+ years of experience in IT and Consulting. Possess at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end CCM implementations primarily Quadient inspire, OT Exstream and Smart Communication products. Added Java experience is desirable
• Experience in Healthcare/Insurance/Banking domain
• Experience in reengineering print files like AFP, PCL,PS, etc.
• Exposure to production support of print operations
• Exposure to working in AGILE environment (SAFe Agile)
• Relevant technical abilities including JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, and SQL
• Work with project managers and leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).
• Participate in successful planning, design, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and implementation of a major legacy transformation
• Elicit and analyze of requirements for data mapping, template layout design and post processing requirements, coming up with high level and detailed design for corresponding CCM Product suite as per best practices
• Design and Configure applications - migrate document generation and composition functionality from legacy systems to Modern CCM products like Quadient Inspire.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
