Your mission is to drive business value within existing accounts, identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, and support the sales cycle with a consultative approach. Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring Business Value and Account Growth:
- Proactively uncover new projects, services, and challenges within client organizations where AAXIS can deliver value.
- Translate client business objectives into clear guidance for internal delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with business priorities.
- Expand AAXIS's footprint within client organizations by building strong relationships across departments and identifying unmet needs.
- Drive revenue growth by positioning AAXIS as a long-term strategic optimization partner.
- Conduct strategic business reviews, documenting how AAXIS's solutions align with client objectives.
- Establish and maintain measurable business value metrics with all assigned clients.
- Identify and close new project opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Maintain high client retention rates and satisfaction.
2. Supporting the Sales Cycle with a Consultative Approach:
- Participate in key working sessions with prospects, using domain expertise to uncover real business challenges.
- Elicit deeper business needs by asking insightful questions, going beyond technical requirements.
- Craft solution narratives in collaboration with presales teams, articulating how solutions address core business challenges.
- Position AAXIS as a strategic partner, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to solving business problems through technology.
- Participate in new business pursuits, engaging in prospect meetings and working sessions.
- Lead solution strategy sessions with prospects alongside presales teams.
3. Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Help formalize a dedicated and scalable Client Partner function, bringing focus and consistency to client relationships.
- Refine and standardize Client Partner processes, frameworks, and collateral.
- Work closely with leadership to document repeatable processes, including business value discovery, client engagement models, and sales cycle contributions.
- Develop internal knowledge-sharing materials for future Client Partners.
- Provide structured business context briefings to internal teams for all new projects.
- Deliver quarterly internal briefings on emerging client business trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Consulting Skillset & Experience: Ability to engage in strategic client discussions, challenge assumptions, and uncover hidden business challenges.
- Revenue Generation & Commercial Prowess: Proven success in owning and expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing services-based deals.
- Technology Services & Implementation Experience: Experience working for a technology services firm, with a strong understanding of digital commerce implementation.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with enterprise and/or mid-market B2B companies, particularly in wholesale & distribution and manufacturing.
- Client Experience: Experience working with Enterprise B2B clients ($750M+ revenue) and Mid-Market B2B clients ($250M-$750M revenue).
- Past Roles: Client Partner, Strategic Account Executive, Customer Success Director, B2B Digital Commerce Consultant, eCommerce Practice Lead, Solution Consultant, Enterprise Sales (Technology & Services), Digital Transformation Lead, eCommerce Strategy Manager.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles, and procurement processes.
- Ability to bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions align with measurable client objectives.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
