Position Overview
The Senior Client Service Associate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while providing exceptional support and service. This hybrid position requires a proactive individual who excels in communication and problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction and retention in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring that all financial services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage account details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support and enhance client experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management for timely resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and providing outstanding customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a hybrid work environment.

*Hybrid - will need to come into the office Monday-Wednedsay and can work remote Thursday and Friday*
