Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring that all financial services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage account details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support and enhance client experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and providing outstanding customer support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a hybrid work environment.
