About the Role
Sigma Computing is seeking a Senior Cloud Alliance Manager to own and build our cloud partnership strategy from the ground up. This is a foundational role, responsible for driving Sigma's strategic partnerships with major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud).
As Sigma's first dedicated Cloud Alliance Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to define and execute our cloud partnership strategy, ensuring these relationships create customer value, accelerate sales, and strengthen Sigma's presence in the cloud ecosystem. You will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor-able to craft the vision, influence internal stakeholders, and roll up your sleeves to operationalize cloud go-to-market motions, co-sell programs, and marketplace growth initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $115k - $140k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do
- Develop & Execute a Cloud GTM Strategy - Define and lead joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with AWS, Azure, and GCP, driving awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Own Cloud Marketplace Growth - Manage Sigma's Marketplace strategy, driving internal advocacy and external engagement to grow adoption and revenue.
Build & Scale Co-Sell Motions - Establish and operationalize co-sell programs with cloud partners, ensuring seamless account mapping, field enablement, and deal acceleration with cloud provider sales teams. - Influence and Enable Internal Teams - Educate and embed a partner-first mindset across Sigma's sales, marketing, and product teams, aligning internal motions with cloud partnership initiatives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution - Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to integrate cloud partnerships into Sigma's overall GTM strategy.
- Create Executive Alignment - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executives within cloud providers, positioning Sigma as a strategic partner.
- Measure & Optimize Success - Define KPIs for cloud partnership success, track performance, and iterate based on results.
- 5-7+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, business development, or sales within SaaS and/or cloud provider ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of cloud GTM models, co-sell programs, and marketplace dynamics across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong sales acumen - You speak the language of field sales teams and know how to drive alignment and execution.
- Strategic & hands-on - You can craft a high-level strategy but also dive into the details to make things happen.
- Cross-functional leader - Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Excellent communicator - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Self-starter mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are building from scratch.
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
- Experience working within AWS, Azure, or GCP or partnering closely with their sales and GTM teams.
- Experience launching and growing Cloud Marketplace partnerships.
- Understanding of the enterprise data & analytics ecosystem.
