Job Summary

Working within our Cloud IT team, this role will ensure we implement best-practice and hygiene across M365, Azure and AWS. You will work within a team of architects, engineers and system administrators to drive innovation, efficiency, and security. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies, as well as experience working in a high growth, large enterprise, multi-location environment. The role reports to the Director of Cloud IT and will interface with technology and business stakeholders alike.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-house and contract team members to implement projects and operations related to M365, AWS, Azure, and legacy technologies.
  • Implement best practices across the platforms to support the business needs and goals.
  • Respond to and support operational duties related to the platforms, including requests and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the selection, configuration, and deployment of services across the cloud platforms.
  • Partner with security to ensure compliance and hygiene as well as migration from legacy technologies.
  • Promote the use of tooling and architectures to drive best practices and awareness of cloud capabilities across the organization.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, features, and security capabilities for the Cloud IT team.
  • Partner with team members from other technology functions with an eye towards knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  • Ideate and implement effective measures to assist in monitoring cloud spend.
  • Contribute, and lead where needed, to the improvement of technology support processes.
  • In short, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and implementation of our M365, AWS and Azure environments. You will also be a key contributor in server technologies and usage.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
  • Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Education, Experience, Licensure & Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or related field)
  • M365, Azure or AWS preferred
  • 5+ years of experience hands-on deployment of enterprise-level platforms
  • 3+ years' experience with a combination of M365, AWS or Azure
  • 1+ year experience with migration projects from legacy to cloud and/or in M365/Domain consolidation
  • 5+ years' experience working on cross-functional technology projects


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
  • Strong understanding of m365/cloud computing principles and infrastructure experience
  • Cloud platform experience in AWS preferable. Azure required.
  • Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, SFTP & LDAP.
  • Application support experience with Microsoft Portfolio of Products, including M365, Windows Server, etc. Linux experience is a plus.

  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability for basic to intermediate problem solving, including mathematics
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer operation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Travel to other site locations may be necessary. Thus, those needing to travel for work must have access to dependable transportation, and driver's record must meet company liability carrier standards
  • Specialty knowledge of systems relating to job function
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
