International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking a qualified individual to provide program and technical management support for the AEGIS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Combat System Engineering team managed by Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 4.0) in the Washington, DC area.

Applicant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Math, or Science Discipline; at least ten (10) years of professional experience in engineering projects that includes some supervisory experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office Products; strong communication skills (oral and written); and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required experience includes:
Coordinating with multiple activities within DoD and MDA to develop a detailed technical study to guide future FMS procurement decisions;
Ability to drive a program forward, motivate and mentor teammates, understand and communicate customer requirements, and ensure those requirements and needs are met;
Assessing and developing recommendations for program direction, including at the senior leadership level (O-6, O-7/SES, etc.);
Significant experience in AEGIS systems engineering or baseline management with preference for developmental experience;
FMS program requirements, application of export controls, and program protection requirements.

Desired experience includes:
Familiarity with radar development or integration or weapon system integration;
Experience with AEGIS Baseline 9, 10 and associated combat system elements.

The ideal candidate is dynamic and proactive in meeting customer needs and will prioritize tasks and coordinate activities across numerous organizations. The position will be located in Washington, DC and will require travel, including international travel, up to 15% of the time. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Applicant will work primarily from the Washington, DC, office including at least one regularly scheduled day per week in-person and additional in-person days as needed to support the customer and scheduled events.
