If you are great at:
- Participating in effective coaching and motivation
- Sales and the ownership of clients
- Delivering efficient communication with clients
- Risk analysis
If you have:
- Post-secondary education with 5 years broker activity.
- A mix of underwriting, actual selling to clients and marketing would be a definite asset.
- Licensed as a General Insurance Broker in the applicable province.
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Office, EPIC, TAM, or other Broker Management Software).
- Effective telephone marketing and time management skills.
