Managed the full annual compensation planning and performance management processes. Provides analytical support for offers, salary requests and other compensation projects.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule in Duluth GA.
The Company's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $80k - $90k annually. Rate may vary based on work location and experiences.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Salary Surveys and Market Analysis - Participate in salary surveys. Manages survey data and evaluates competitive position by analyzing survey results compared to current pay evaluate competitive positions.
- Job Evaluation - Conducts job evaluations to determine appropriate benchmarking and leveling for new and existing roles. Reviews and approves job descriptions for content and consistency. Determines FLSA classification. Maintains job families, titles and grades within HRIS. Updates and creates individual positions.
- Compensation Administration - Reviews salary adjustment requests for compliance with company policy, budget and equity. Provides guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and managers on compensation related matters to ensure consistent and equitable salary administration practices. Tracks and reconciles salary budget. Prepare statistics, create reports, identify trends and prepare summary of analysis to management.
- Manage the full annual compensation processes cycle, such as setting up process in Workday, consult with HRBP and Manager, creating & analyzing reports.
- Performance Management - Manages the performance management programs and processes. Maintains the performance review design, dashboards and processes in the HRIS. Prepares reports and analyses of results. Audits content for compliance with company policy.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) for all employee positions, including creating and updating various compensation profiles, salary ranges, and program eligibility.
- Projects - Completes ad hoc projects, including researching and analyzing data, organizing the data into meaningful documentation and presentation material, drawing sound conclusions, and making appropriate recommendations.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources with 2 years' experience in Compensation
- Advanced Excel skill
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data and draw valid conclusions, research alternatives, provide solutions and / or resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, and metrics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters and information with discretion and integrity
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday experience preferred
