One Tech Engineering is searching for a Senior Completions Coordinator for positions located in Houston, Texas and Kansas City, Missouri. The Senior Completions Coordinator will work with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure successful project completion
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.
Senior Completions Coordinator Responsibilities:

Senior Completions Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Review and validate all work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and project success.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as progress reports, test plans, and punch lists.
- Quickly identify and address issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Assess complex situations and make informed decisions that keep the project on track.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet project objectives and deadlines, ensuring the effective use of tools and resources.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently to guarantee the timely completion of the project.
- Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) to optimize project performance.
- Identify potential risks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare for unexpected issues by establishing contingency plans and proactively addressing challenges.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges during commissioning and completion phases.
- Oversee the testing and verification of systems and equipment to ensure they meet required performance standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all project activities, including construction, commissioning, and startup.
- Utilize software tools for tracking and organizing commissioning documents, test records, and other project-related data.
- Use tools like Excel (or similar) to track budgets, schedules, and project metrics.
- High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
- Or Associate's Degree Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field and 9 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
- Or Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field and 7 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
- Knowledge of commissioning procedures, including system checks, performance tests, and functional validation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Bluebeam and cloud based software.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other scheduling tools.
- Good communication skills.
