What you'll do
Inthis role, you will be at the core of our mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. Here's what you'll do:
- Act as the manager in the client accounts department
- Take charge of planning work associated with pension plan administration
- Supervise and verify work to ensure accuracy
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Support the team in executing various special projects
- Prepare and manage the budget effectively
- Enhance client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees
- Suggest and implement improvements to our processes
- Develop new business contacts, negotiate new agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with prospective clients
What you bring
We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual with:
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
- Exceptional team spirit and collaborative skills
- Incisive analytical thinking and keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and resourceful skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- The capability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
