Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in RF Power to join our team on a hybrid basis in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in RF power technology to drive strategic initiatives, provide technical leadership, and support the development of advanced materials and solutions for high-power RF applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical consulting expertise in RF power technology, including applications in telecommunications, defense, and semiconductor industries.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative materials and components optimized for RF power performance.
- Advise on the design, manufacturing, and optimization of RF devices and systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities in the RF power space.
- Assist in the development of technical roadmaps and strategies to expand Vital Materials' presence in the RF power market.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and academic collaborators.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in materials, processes, and device architectures to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in RF power technology, including design, development, and applications.
- Deep knowledge of RF materials, components, and systems, including power amplifiers, RF transistors, and filters.
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and RF testing methodologies is a plus.
