The Planning, Policy, and Business Analyst will advise and assist the NGA GEOINT College (NGC) in executing its GEOINT Training and Professional Standards enterprise management duties as prescribed in DoDI 3305.10. This role supports the government lead in scheduling and facilitating meetings for NSG and ASG GEOINT training collaboration, including policy, standards, responsibilities, and emerging GEOINT training requirements.

Overall Assignment Description:
The Planning, Policy, and Business Analyst will advise and assist the NGA GEOINT College (NGC) in executing its GEOINT Training and Professional Standards enterprise management duties as prescribed in DoDI 3305.10. This role supports the government lead in scheduling and facilitating meetings for NSG and ASG GEOINT training collaboration, including policy, standards, responsibilities, and emerging GEOINT training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused analysis and assessments to support NGA strategies, including:
- Developing and recommending long-term organizational strategies and policies.
- Identifying and targeting partnerships to advance NGC's corporate goals.
- Establishing performance metrics to measure progress against NSG, ASG, NGA, HD, and NGC strategic intent.
- Develop and implement initiatives that support long-term GEOINT training and professionalization strategies, including:
- Baselining GEOINT training and mapping GEOINT competencies.
- Establishing, assessing, and mapping community GEOINT training standards.
- Maintaining a common GEOINT course catalog and GEOINT portal.
- Support development and assessment of NGC Program and Annual Plans.
- Facilitate and coordinate strategic discussions in meetings with NSG and ASG training organizations.
- Provide policy input and required reporting to ODNI, USD(I), Congress, and other governing bodies.
- Synchronize HDN corporate and business activities, developing measurable strategic goals and milestones.
- Review and ensure synchronization of organizational strategic plans with external planning documents (e.g., NSG Strategy, Defense Planning Guidance).
- Coordinate with customers and training registrars to support GEOINT training requirements and enrollments.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred OR High School Diploma and at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated Experience (at least 24 months in each area below):
- Formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy, plans, or processes.
- Leading an organization to meet objectives within tight deadlines.
- Assembling project information, writing, revising, and editing documentation.
- Delivering decision briefs to senior staff members.
- Formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
- Building and maintaining a project schedule using MS Project.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DoD doctrine and military GEOINT support.
- Understanding of Joint, IC, and Service GEOINT activities and NSG/ASG membership.
- Familiarity with NSG and ASG partner agreements.
- Experience with GEOINT training programs and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Training and Education Board (DITEB).
