Saturn has an opportunity for a full time Senior Contracts Analyst based in the Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the Manager, Contracts and Land Admin, some specific duties and responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Analyst include, but are not limited to:
- Administration of mineral leases and contract agreements in Area of Responsibility
- Coordinate lease expiries, continuations, validations and surrenders with Area team
- Update CS Land with current data, ensuring valid and accurate links and relationships with other modules
- Process conveyances documents related to current contracts
- Work closely with Area Negotiating Landman to ensure seamless activity in Area, including draft and/or review of new and existing governing agreements
- Review current drill schedules, managing required allocation/pooling agreements, coordinating with operations team for well licensing
- Issue and review notices of Independent Operations, RoFR, Offset, Non-Productivity,
- Review online AFE's and supporting documentation ensuring accuracy of all land data
- Setup, maintain and terminate Crown and Freehold lease records
- Provide occasional support for A&D, as required
- Develop, implement and enforce the applicable policies and procedures

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Completion of a Petroleum Land Administration Certificate or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of contract and mineral land administration experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of CS Land, Enerlink, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, ETS, IRIS, Aucerna
- Ability to prioritize projects; work under pressure while completing documentation within timelines
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail
- Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to apply sound business judgement
- A team player with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and provide quality of service.
