Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various corporate, business, international, and hospitality transactions.
- Utilize advanced legal technology for daily contract work, corporate governance, and business acquisitions.
- Manage direct client transactions including international dealings.
- Play a pivotal role in M&A activities, private equity transactions, and related fields.
- Support the partnership team, enhancing firm's engagements and operation excellence.
- Mentor junior attorneys and partake in the growth and development of the firm's staff.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a Top 50 law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law in a prestigious law firm.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with a diverse range of clients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AmLaw 200 firm or equivalent.
- Commercial real estate law experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and transactions.
- A track record of business development and client relationship management.
Skills:

- Proficient in using leading legal software and tools.
