Overview We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects. The position requires over 7 years of experience in cost analysis/cost estimating. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following skills/experience. * Provide analytical support for program controls and reporting, and financial execution and budgets
* Develop program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and support development of initial program Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) documents as requested * Coordinate, brief, document, and defend results with and across other organizations and contractors Skills Required .cs909F21EE{text-align:left;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt;line-height:1.079167;list-style-type:disc;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Arial;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal} .cs2BCB78B7{color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Tahoma;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;} .cs2654AE3A{text-align:left;text-indent:0pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt} * 24 semester hours of quantitative course work (mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.) to include at least three hours of college level calculus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) suite to perform complex cost estimating and analysis tasks
* Knowledge of DoD "Develop, Deliver, and Sustain" processes, regulations, and best practices pertaining to DoD Acquisition
* Life cycle cost estimate development, risk/uncertainty analysis, and model documentation. Experience leading or contributing to the creation of a DoD program's initial life cycle cost estimate a plus * WBS development with MIL-STD-881 background
* Experience supporting ACAT 1D acquisition programs a plus
* Certification in the Cost Estimating career field by a recognized professional society or educational organization (i.e., Career field specific DAWIA level III / Advanced, ICEAA CCEA, etc.) preferred
* Active DoD Secret Clearance
* Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000/year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
