As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will support Credit Administration by conducting memo reviews, providing underwriting training, and collaborating with senior team members on strategic projects. What You'll Do
- Review memos and provide detailed feedback to lending teams to ensure consistency and alignment with policies.
- Develop and implement underwriting training programs, providing guidance to teams on effective credit risk strategies.
- Support special projects related to underwriting platforms, compliance, and credit administration.
- Actively participate in Credit Committee meetings and assist with portfolio reporting and Board package preparation.
- Process borrowing base and compliance certificates, ensuring accurate collateral calculations and proper documentation.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and other borrower financial data, and assist with mortgage approvals, focusing on consumer and cash/investment-secured requests.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of credit experience, preferably in commercial, consumer, and CRE lending.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, business writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work with all levels of business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on aligning customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions.
- Able to resolve a variety of problems using judgment within defined practices and determine appropriate action.
