Senior C#/SQL Developer

We're looking for a talented C#/SQL Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute to full-stack application development and database solutions. With strong C# .NET skills and database expertise, you'll work independently, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in C# .NET programming.
• Proficiency with the development and optimization of fundamental stored procedures for at least 5 years.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to act as a liaison between business and development.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-stack application development/coding.
• Design and development of database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and SQL jobs.
• Proactively monitoring database and stored procedure performance.
• Opportunity to establish and maintain detailed database and change management documentation.
• Monitoring and maintaining complex multi-server data synchronization processes.

Emphasis on Independence:

• The requirement for independence in this role is crucial. The successful candidate must possess the ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-reliance in completing tasks and projects. This includes taking ownership of their work and effectively managing their responsibilities without constant supervision.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
