AMDEX is seeking a results-driven Process Assurance Program Lead SME with experience in Cybersecurity. This individual is responsible for leading contract support to establish the process assurance program, leveraging their expertise to assist the government in the design, build and efficient operation of the program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate advanced skills in business process analysis, business requirements analysis, process reengineering, and continuous improvement practices to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and weaknesses and develop improvement plans.
• Show strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, gather detailed business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, agency requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Must be proficient in managing the development of comprehensive documentation, facilitating stakeholder feedback, and performing acceptance testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified business requirements.
• The ability to continuously assess and refine processes based on feedback and changing needs is crucial to enhancing operational effectiveness and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years' experience covering primary areas of responsibility.
• Excellent organization, presentation, and communications skills.
• Current TS/SCI clearance is required
