This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on improving CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data quality and developing comprehensive reporting across multiple business organizations leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW). This role
requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver insightfulanalytics and impactful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
CMDB Data Quality Management:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CMDB data.
Identify and rectify data quality issues through regular audits and analysis.
Develop and implement data quality metrics and monitoring processes.
Reporting and Dashboard Development:
Create and maintain organizational-level dashboards in ServiceNow to provide visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with service owners to understand their reporting needs and implement customized solutions.
Document data modeling to illustrate mapping hierarchy, association and interdependencies
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with various stakeholders, including TPMs, IT Engineering teams and Operations to gather detailed requirements for analytics projects.
Work with various workstream leads to document use case scenarios
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Extraction and Analysis:
Extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, data models, and scripts for data analysis.
Project Execution:
Lead and execute analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on CMDB data quality and reporting.
Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, including dashboard creation and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on CMDB data quality and reporting.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and manipulation from multiple sources
