- Deliver both strategic and tactical reporting and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making for requestors.
- Utilize data to create compelling narratives that offer business leaders valuable insights.
- Conduct research using a broad range of tools and resources, extracting insights to formulate clear, actionable recommendations.
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations within and outside of the Human Resources department, including teams in Finance, IT, Strategy, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong business acumen and data analytics skills to deliver solutions, communicate insights, and advise leaders through data interpretation.
- Ensure data integrity and implement solutions in collaboration with other team members.
- Demonstrate superior detail orientation, critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong presentation skills using tools such as PowerPoint and Google Docs.
- Manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively and create understandable narratives for varied audiences, including senior leaders.
- Show an insatiable drive to design and build solutions, balanced with strong communication and consultation skills.
